• Any donation made is a private and voluntary act between donor and donee. Donors must conduct their own due diligence before contributing.
• It does not provide receipts, confirmations, or acknowledgments for any donations unless explicitly authorized by the donee.
• It does not offer any return, promise, benefit, service, or share in return for donations.
• It is not responsible for any misunderstanding, misuse, fraud, or failure to deliver any benefit by the donee.
• No donations shall be made from unlawful or suspicious sources. Donors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws.
• Donating through this platform does not create any legal relationship or fiduciary duty between Shri Helps and the donor or donee.
• Any disputes between donor and donee shall be resolved between the parties. Shri Helps shall not be party to any such disputes.
